Enhancing the Science & Culture of Reproductive Wellbeing

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Because fertility care is not just about science — it is about trust, dignity, and understanding. At Kazim’s Fertility Barza, we combine world-class medical expertise with empathy and cultural sensitivity. Families choose us because they know they will receive advanced treatments guided by innovation, while also feeling safe, heard, and supported every step of the way.

Your job can play a role in reproductive health. Occupations that involve constant exposure to high heat, chemicals, radiation, or heavy physical work can sometimes affect fertility. For example, men who work in very hot environments may see reduced sperm quality, and women working long night shifts may experience hormonal changes that disrupt menstrual cycles.

That doesn’t mean every job is unsafe — but awareness matters. Following workplace safety rules, taking breaks, and using protective equipment can make a big difference.

If your work involves potential risks and you’re planning to start a family, consider an open discussion with a healthcare provider. They can guide you on steps to safeguard your reproductive health while continuing your career.

Infertility is not just a woman’s problem. In fact, it can affect both men and women almost equally. Around one-third of cases are linked to women, one-third to men, and the rest are a mix of both or unexplained. That’s why at Kazim’s Fertility Barza, we evaluate and support both partners, ensuring a complete and compassionate approach to care.

Polycystic Ovary Syndrome (PCOS) is a hormonal condition that can disrupt ovulation — meaning eggs may not be released regularly. Without regular ovulation, it can be harder to conceive. PCOS can also affect hormone balance, weight, and insulin levels, which together influence fertility. With the right treatment, support, and lifestyle changes, many women with PCOS are able to achieve pregnancy successfully.
