# Kazim's Fertility Barza > Kazim's Fertility Barza (KFB) is the UAE and Middle East's leading initiative connecting health and wellbeing professionals directly with the community. Founded by Dr. Nahla Kazim, the first UAE OB-GYN to earn both a Masters and Doctorate in Reproductive Health and Human Developmental Sciences from the University of Edinburgh, KFB promotes awareness, accessibility and excellence in reproductive healthcare across the Emirates and the wider region. KFB is not a clinical treatment provider. It is an education, awareness and community engagement platform that bridges healthcare professionals, institutions, policymakers and the public through evidence-based resources, events and partnerships.
